Wish to cancel your order?
Orders can be cancelled prior to the dispatch of your items. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
If your item has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel your order.
If you receive your item(s) and they are damaged - please contact us to report damages within 48 hours of receiving your item - detailing the issues, along with pictures, be sure to include your order number.
If you contact us after the 48-hour window - we will be unable to process a refund.
If you receive an item(s) that are damaged, you can: receive a replacement item, an exchange, refund or credit note - this can all be arranged via email or phone.

As long as your purchase is in its original condition and packaging, you can return it to us with a completed Returns Form within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees. Please note, once we’ve received your items, it usually takes up to five working days to process a return, but this time may be longer without a completed Returns Form.
All returns must be agreed via email before being sent back to us.

The product(s) must be sent back in original boxes and packaging, in a re-sellable condition to be able to process a refund.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds take up to 14 days to process from the day we receive the item back. Refunds will be made to original payment method only.
